Ciao a tutti!

Thank you parents/caregivers for getting your child/children organised with their stationary items for Italian class. It's been a slow but steady start to the year, however, the senior students have slipped back into Italian lessons nicely and the year three students are taking to learning a new language with lots of enthusiasm!

Whilst the celebrations for 2021 'Carnevale' in Venice, Italy were cancelled due to covid-19, the students of MPPS still enjoyed learning about this historical, cultural annual event. The years 4-6 students got busy and creative making masks and then showing off their creations to junior classes.

Next term, we will have another creative opportunity, where students with their families can participate in constructing a dry pasta sculpture. Watch this space!
